We are a Trade Ally with Progress Energy and as
companies make changes to improve their energy efficiency, window film is becoming one of the key options alongside upgrading lighting and waste management. Unlike light bulbs, the glass in your facade is not easily replaced and doing so would incur huge costs and downtime – something that all companies cannot deal with. Window film is a layer of plastic applied to the inside of existing glass, bringing with it upgraded specifications, light management and solar control. As an energy saving product, window film is ideal. It reduces the amount of heat coming into your building by blocking solar energy. This in turn reduces the load on your air conditioning unit and will reduce your monthly energy bills. We have a full range of films to suit all building types and in many cases an upgrade to the building’s efficiency is coupled with improved visual appearance. With our calculation software we can consult with clients about their type of glazing and required film product; then once we have all the data we can provide them with an actual estimated figure that they can show to their top management to implement these changes. The products can qualify for up to 2 Leed Green Building Certification Credits and help work towards earning the Energy Star* for the building.

EnerLogic low-e glass insulation technology revolutionizes window film.
A building can only be energy-efficient to the extent that its windows are energy-efficient. In summer, windows allow too much heat to enter, forcing cooling systems to work harder and making cooling costs climb. But in winter, they allow too much heat to escape, forcing heating systems to work harder and making heating costs climb.

Historically, most window films have provided only a summer solution – a solution for only part of the year.

EnerLogic is different.

It works year round – like other major energy saving measures such as high-efficiency lighting, new control systems, and HVAC upgrades.

In summer, EnerLogic keeps the heat out, like traditional reflective window film. But in winter, EnerLogic does what reflective film can’t do: It locks the heat inside. So you get a perfect balance of energy efficiency, comfort, and cost savings – all year long.

And EnerLogic does this with outstanding optical clarity that’s fully compatible with high-efficiency lighting. It looks great in any light.

How does EnerLogic compare to other film technologies?
EnerLogic provides unparalleled glass insulating capabilities – no other window film even comes close. With its patent-pending low-e technology, EnerLogic has the best insulating performance of any window film available.

Improving a window’s insulating properties provides year-round energy savings. When you compare how much EnerLogic improves a typical window’s insulating performance to other film technologies, you clearly see that EnerLogic is in a class by itself.(3)

How Does EnerLogic upgrade windows?
Putting this unmatched insulating performance to work, EnerLogic is able to transform existing poorly-insulating windows into energy-efficient windows. The insulating power of EnerLogic gives single-pane windows the annual insulating performance of double-pane windows – and gives doublepane windows triple-pane performance.(4)

To get such improvement in performance from a thin, transparent window film is impressive – and much more affordable than window replacement.

Single-pane clear windows plus EnerLogic
